Hi Joe To get started with LoTW you must go through a few different steps. First you must download & install Tqsl software. Then you must request a certificate for your callsign, authenicate your location and when LoTW send you your certificate you need to download it onto your computer. It sounds a bit long winded but its straight forward enough.
